A US teen is accused of killing his parents in order to use their money to finance an assassination plot against Trump.

According to a recently unsealed federal warrant, a teenager from Wisconsin, in the United States, who was accused of killing his parents was also accused of killing them in order to "obtain financial means" to kill President Donald Trump and topple the government.
Last month, Nikita Casap, 17, was charged with first-degree murder, theft, and other offenses in connection with the deaths of his stepfather, Donald Mayer, and mother, Tatiana Casap.
Casap was accused of shooting them dead at their home outside of Milwaukee in February, then living with the decaying corpses for weeks before stealing the family dog, passports, and $14,000 in cash.
He was taken into custody by Kansas authorities in March.
Sharing plans with a Russian speaker
According to the authorities, the teenager purchased a drone and explosives, planned the murders of his parents, and shared his plans with others, including a Russian speaker.
Additionally discovered in his possession was a three-page antisemitic manifesto that outlined his goals and praised Adolf Hitler.
The warrant also includes snippets of his conversations on the Telegram messenger app and TikTok.
Was in contact with various parties to kill the US president: Cops
According to the search warrant, "Casap appears to have written a manifesto calling for the assassination of the President of the United States."
He communicated with other parties about his plans to assassinate the President and topple the US government."
The paper further states: "The killing of his parents appeared to be an effort to obtain the financial means and autonomy necessary to carrying out his plan."
In court, prosecutors claimed that Casap had communicated with a Russian-speaking individual and disclosed plans to leave to Ukraine. Authorities eventually apprehended him in Kansas, where he was discovered with money, passports, a car, and the family dog.
According to federal authorities, Casap's manifesto explained his motives for wanting to kill Trump and included "ideas about how he would live in Ukraine." The warrant alleged, citing his writings, that the adolescent wanted to provoke a governmental collapse "by getting rid of the president and perhaps the vice president."
